An ambient interactive installation for the Department of Computer Science and
Information Systems (CSIS) lobby.
The flow of people through a space changes throughout the day.
The activities carried out there can include work, study and recreation.
Study of this flow, can help us understand how a spaceÕs purpose or identity
shifts throughout the day as the activities carried out there change, and
allows us to reflect on the dynamic relationships we have with the spaces we
inhabit.
This installation uses multimedia technologies to track the movements and
flow of the daily activities in the CSIS lobby and represents them visually
in real time.
